#446: She Sees the Beauty in Things.

Went to Mid Valley to see Wei Jun since I won't be having the car for the next day and maybe the day after.

I was shocked to see him waiting for me at the staircase leading to the parking lots. Aww ♥

Dinner at Kim Gary before heading to Alexis to buy a slice of Mix Berries Meringue cake for Juin. Omg, I love the cakes in Alexis. I seriously don't mind paying RM15.75 (tax included) for just a slice of cake. Wait, a big slice of cake. Secret Recipe can close shop.

The light at Kim Gary looks like the Swarovski necklace WeiJun gave me except, the light is shinier BUT the light refracted on mine is prettier :D

So I bought the cake, went over to Juin's to surprise her with it. My original plan was just to knock on her door with the cake in hand. Since Benny said that I had 30minutes before she reach home from work, I decided to get into her room and stand in front of the door with the cake in hand so that I'll be the first person and thing she'll see.

Plan kinda failed. While walking to her place, she reached and parked few metres before me. My first thought was, "Oh fuck, hope she doesn't see me" and ran to a corner thinking I have to go back to my initial plan. Watched her get out of the car and thankfully, she walked towards Foh Foh.

Bad hair. That's for parking far away and running in the rain just so that Juin wouldn't see my car when she gets back.

Benny helped with the whole thing. Though it didn't go as planned because I didn't have the time to set up everything before she reached her room, at least I got to see my mum smile (:

Brought Legs (new name!) along but I forgot to bring the thing used to screw my camera on to it. Epic fail ):

Ma was so nice to share with us the cake. I think she ate less than half of it ..

.. because Benny kept hogging the one and only fork we had. Bugger.

At least Juin loved the cake. She was telling us how she thought that this year her birthday would pass without a birthday cake. I'm glad I was the one who provided her with one .. slice. Heh (:

Got a happy and satisfied friend and mum, I ran in the rain back to the car feeling satisfied for what I've accomplished today.
