#445: Flying All Around.

I finally got around to cleaning a little bit of my room then shift my furnitures and then continue cleaning the rest of everything else. Took a whole two weeks for my lazy ass to get 90% done.

Where my study table is placed now, where my bed used to be. Yea, you can see the clothes that need to be washed are all on the floor. Meh.

Table's there, so now my bed's right beside my window. Downside to it, it gets really bright right at your eyes.

The view from my window. Very pretty and serene, you see. But it's the back alley of my house where all the mosquitoes are!

Had a glass of Ribena on the rocks after dinner and before I resumed with all the cleaning (:

... and behold! My very messy study table which obviously had no space whatsoever to do any "studying". Believe it or not, this was after it was "cleaned" the week before and it used to and can be worse than this. Really.

Of course, no spring cleaning can be done without the vacuum cleaner.

Omg. I love vacuuming. I vacuum every 10 minutes, Wei Jun told me off when he came over and watched me clean saying how stupid I was for vacuuming without completely clearing my stuff. Then, I had to explain to him that I don't care. I clear a little, vacuum a little just so that I get to vacuum more but he didn't accept my explanation.

I finally found a place to hang this souvenir Reza got me from his hometown in Iran. It's looking pretty at my door now on a new hook, where I used to hang my towel .. for a week.

It's pretty heavy because it's made of glass so I really hope that the double sided tape doesn't fail on my like the one which carried my earrings holder. I don't want it to shatter all over the floor ):

The books I have yet to read! I bought the book by Tony Parsons and Murakami last year but I can't seem to bring my self to read them :/

After two weeks of on and off cleaning, my table and the rest of my room is finally clean. I got lazy thinking of where to put all the little things that don't really belong anywhere so I just shove them all to the side like my maid does every time she tidies my table. It may not be completely clean and tidy but hey, this is a goddamn achievement!

Yay! Fresh sheets and comforter on a cool afternoon with the windows open. *rolls around. With Sue Sylvester at the side. Hehe.

I've always wanted a tripod ever since dad bought my Canon EOS450D last January before Chinese New Year. It's been almost two years of wishing and I recently found out that we do have one somewhere at home.

After getting my hands on it, I remembered that I used it to film my brother's kindergarten concert several years back. So I wasted 2 years wishing for something I had. Pfft. What a waste. Now, if only I have a Canon external flash or remote control somewhere in the house.

Man, I love having a tripod so much, I find every excuse I could to use it.

Which explains the self-portraits I took. This picture is incredibly sharp you could see my pimple and even my pores. GG.

Taking a picture of my bed using the tripod looks so wrong now. It looks like I'm filming a home sex video. Hheehee.

Now that I have a tripod, my photography mojo is back. More pictures, more blog posts :D
