#373: Mosquitoes Attack!

Back home in Malaysia. 12 days in China can seriously make you appreciate Malaysia. Seriously. China's pretty on their own. No Facebook. No blogs. No YouTube. Wikipedia and Google is still available, luckily. But it sucks to search for images from on Google. Practically one eight of the results can't be seen because most pictures usually links to blogs. XiaoNei's a "copied" version of Facebook. The layout and all's the same except for the language. A friend of mine said XiaoNei sounds like some Chinese porn. Lol.

Was in China with my mum's friend's daughter, Julie and Julie's two high school mates. Wasn't really happy at them.

*tells Tim how im like a dog on a tight leash*

I was so annoyed and angry and at one point, I called home to cry and complain to my mum about them and asked her to try and get me an earlier flight back.

China was fun la, still. All the shopping. The best part was, I wasn't allowed to pay for my things. Definitely made me feel guilty and there we times I went off to pay for my things without Julie knowing. I went with 1 luggage and came home with another Nike duffel bag which my dad insist that I bring along for my harvest, a box filled with books mum wanted, one bag filled with chocolates and a vintage European box which is damn fugging pretty and cheap! :D

Had an unexpected friend who was up in China. Of all people and of all times and of all places. An ex of mine saw my personal message and started chatting with me, after 2 years of no contact whatsoever ever since the end of our what seemed to be a non-existant relationship (on which we both agreed that it was one). I was in Shanghai and will be around that corner of the country for my entire trip, besides Beijing (which I ended up not going to), he was in HangZhou, just a 2-hour train ride away. Had 2 meet ups; I went to HangZhou for 3 hours just to watch MU's match with Tim and his dad (long story. was so pissed off) and he came over to ShangHai to bring me out after being stuck in the hotel room for 2 days. And I stayed over at his house during my last 3 days in China. His parents awesome, dog included (:

My flight back to Malaysia wasn't nice. I hate China Eastern. I sat beside an American college lecturer who was flying to Malaysia for a conference. Had good small talks and I'll have to e-mail him one day to get the contact of his friend who is a lecturer for Media studies. It was my first time flying alone and I didn't thought of it until I was looking for my dad in the arrival hall. I'm old enough so I don't feel so bangga like I hoped to feel. Damn ):

Spent my last travel money on chocolates. RM289.20 to be exact.

So many chocolate-y goods :D

On my way back, with LiteFm playing softly, thoughts ran through my head. I love LiteFm late at night, especially midnight when I'm in the car. Good songs.

Things that I remember thinking about:

• I'm miss shopping in China, already.
• Glad that my trip in China ended well..

• Late night talk with my bestie, Teh Willie!
• I have RM1.80 and RMB2 left in my wallet. Shit.
• Harry Potter with Kari, Sonul and Michael, finally!
• The people I am allowed to love; Kari, Wil, SuJuin
• Mum's gonna kill me for the amount of chocolates I bought.
• The secret that you ask me to keep so to not spoil your dignity and reputation
• It's unfair that you still give me attitude after finding out that I did something you do not like or makes you feel uneasy when it's not wrong at all. You refused to take me back as your girlfriend so why are you still being like that? I'd really like to know.
