7 GrandPuppies!! see Dash smile (:
I went through half the ordeal with Dash from 0250 til 0545. Luckily, I kept reminding Dash to bark like shit so that someone would wake me up when she's in labour. 'Twas a very good night it was. I bought my prom dress few hours before that. And thank goodness my mum allowed me to cancel our family trip to Genting in fear that Dash might deliver when we're not around.
Anyways, the first one was already out went I went down. I didn't know it was out until I saw Dash looking at it from a few meters away. It was scary because it was still inside the membrane trying to breathe and the umbilical cord was still attached. My mum wouldn't let me open it because she was afraid that I might do something wrong. So I carried it to a better place just let it be. God knows how long later , I couldn't tahan so I tore the membrane and cleared the nose. If I hadn't done that, it would have died. My maid cut the umbilical cord. All I could do after that was to watch and wait. And then it started squeaking, and I knew it would be okayyy.
The rest of the puppies came out perfectly well (:

the umbilical cord wrongly. I was so worried it
might bleed to death. It turned out fine nevertheless (:
