All i can say is NO, DONT.
I used to have doubts.
But not anymore.
A doctor, more like our family friend told my mum my knees has nothing wrong. Apparently, my body is just going to the next stage of growing taller. So its absolutely normal. Wateva you say, dude! As long as there's nothing bad with my knee, thats good enough :)
